Aster × Crink
Wellbeing Collab.
AI + Human Journey — Workshops Reimagined
Crink is an AI-native wellbeing platform built around Paths — curated, multi-step programs that move users from where they are to where they want to be. At the heart of every Path is Cri, our AI coach — personalized to each user, supervised by consultants.
A blend of reflection, conversation, and learning — mixed together so progress feels alive, not academic. At the center, Cri, our AI coach, personalizes everything to the individual.
Reflective questions that surface where the user stands — and what they're ready for next.
Our AI coach — consultant-guided, judgment-free, and personalized to every user. Cri remembers, adapts, and walks alongside.
Short, evidence-based reads — written by consultants, in the voice of a friend.
Small commitments to practice in real life — completed between sessions to turn insight into habit.
Bite-sized reminders — concept, prompt, takeaway. Easy to revisit, easy to save.
Short consultant-led demonstrations — see the practice before you try it yourself.
Today's webinars work hard for an hour, then disappear. What if an AI coach kept that cohort going for four weeks — personalizing practice, community and progress for every attendee?
The webinar becomes the expert human connect. The Path becomes the practice. The community becomes the support.
Six steps. One seamless experience.
Every touchpoint lives natively inside the Aster app.
Webinar topic announced by Aster — attendees invited to register through the Aster app.
Everyone present is granted exclusive access to the webinar's Path.
Assessments, Cri chats, articles, videos — sequenced and unlockable.
A private group where attendees support each other — moderated by hosts.
Live dashboard tracks completion, engagement, drop-off — intervene early.
Outcomes measured, certificates issued, next Path recommended.
Inspiration that doesn't fade — four weeks of guided practice with peer support.
A scalable, measurable group-care channel — beyond 1:1, beyond static content.
Crink, Aster, and GEMS work together to pick a focused topic and schedule a live session — announced by Aster, promoted across the Aster app, with registrations handled in the app dashboard.
The moment someone registers, an exclusive Path quietly drops into their Aster app — locked, but waiting. After the webinar ends, it unlocks automatically.
To make this concrete, here is one of our existing Paths — exactly as a webinar attendee would experience it after signing up.
The moment a user finishes the webinar, this screen appears in their Journey tab — co-branded, locked to attendees, ready to start.
The first two levels move the user from "what is procrastination, really?" to "what triggers mine?" — using a mix of assessments and Cri conversations.
Level 3 gives the user six concrete tools — each delivered through a checklist-driven Cri conversation. Between sessions, short assessments calibrate where they are.
Every Cri conversation follows a checklist authored by our consultants. For "The Truth About Procrastination," Cri must (i) psychoeducate the user about the procrastination cycle, (ii) explore recent experiences, and (iii) introduce journaling.
Cri isn't a chatbot bolted onto a course. It's a consultant-supervised AI that quietly learns the person behind the screen — their triggers, their language, their progress — and shapes every element around them.
Every cohort gets a dedicated community chat — where attendees share progress, ask questions, and stay accountable, with the host and Crink moderators present.
Webinar hosts get a real-time view of their cohort — completion, engagement, drop-off. Built for consultants, not analysts.
When the Path is complete, Cri runs the final reflection. We measure what changed, celebrate the cohort, and recommend the next Path.
